Brightwater Sales Counselors Are Also New Homeowners At Communitys Capri Neighborhood

Lori and Joe represent Woodbridge Pacific Group at two of these neighborhoods, Lori at Capri and Joe at Seaglass, and this has provided them with many opportunities to consider their choices at Brightwater. They also share a familiarity with Brightwater that dates back six years, when they represented earlier neighborhoods here.

We love the people who have made and are making Brightwater their community, and we really could not imagine living anywhere else when we started the hunt for a bigger home, said Lori. Yes, we looked at resales and even worked with an architect on remodeling ideas for our smaller home in Naples, but ultimately, coming to Brightwater was the natural choice for us.

Parents of a busy two-year old, Lori and Joe were targeting a new home designed with families in mind. The floorplan designs at Brightwater really drew us in, said Joe. We are appreciating not only more space, but thoughtful space. Our homes layout is really smart, the master bath is terrific and we have gone from no closet space to plentythis alone is important to most homebuyers and definitely is for us.

A special feature of every new home at Brightwater is the Huntington Room, an attached, covered patio with fireplace and disappearing Nano doors. It provides from 235 to 326 square feet of space, depending on plan selection, and is a special place for us, according to Joe.

The Huntington Room is fabulous, and it makes our entire lot much more functional and enjoyable, explained Lori. Woodbridge Pacific Group is very much in tune with what people in the new home market are looking for in floorplans and outdoor spaces.

Brightwater designs also present a wide array of optional choices, with distinctive spaces that help buyers tailor their new home to their familys lifestyle. Among these are prep kitchens, home offices, media rooms with wet bars, twin suites and bonus rooms, depending on plan selection.

Its 2,000 square foot recreation center features a unique combination lap and volleyball pool, children's pool, spa, gym and community events room. We will be here regularly, Im sure! said Joe. Its great to have neighbors with young kids and a place to take them we can all enjoy.

Adjacent to the Bolsa Chica wetlands, Brightwater features walkable access to Bolsa Chica State Beach and to additional public beaches and trails. Dining, shopping, services and entertainment are also in easy proximity.
