Gold Nugget Awards Spotlight Flair at Miralon As Residential Detached Collection Of The Year

Flair at Miralon is a resounding market success, and is also tops with Gold Nugget Awards judges, who named Woodbridge Pacific Group’s latest Palm Springs new home neighborhood the Residential Detached Collection of the Year. The 2021 Gold Nugget judges also bestowed Awards of Merit on this distinctive luxury collection, for Plans One and Four.

Gold Nugget judges had high praise for Flair: “…this collection caters to locals with mid- century aesthetics both inside and out. The flat-roof façades of each of the five designs utilize stucco, concrete, and subtle color, and we enjoyed the variations of the floor plans and elevations that all complement each other very well. Located in a new agri-hood with thousands of olive trees, the homes orient to the mountain vistas and each incorporates their own indoor-outdoor living spaces for true upscale ambience….”

WPG reports that desert home shoppers embraced Flair immediately, with speedy sales of Flair’s 44 grand opening homes prompting a second Flair collection at Miralon. “We thank our outstanding design/build team for our Gold Nugget honors and for Flair’s amazing success,” said Cunningham. “We also thank Freehold for making Flair a key part of Miralon’s debut.” 

Flair was designed by Hannouche Architects, with model interiors created by Chameleon Design. Site planning was by Robert Hidey Architects; the civil engineer was MSA Consulting, Inc. and model home landscaping was by Professional Design Associates.
