New Azurene Homes Release Saturday At Brightwater In Huntington Beach

New home shoppers considering a beautiful, ocean-close home atBrightwater in Huntington Beach have a new opportunity to purchase, as builder Woodbridge Pacific Group releases a limited number of the new homes atAzurene on Saturday. The release is scheduled for 10 a.m., with strong response expected. Pricing for this release ranges from $1,962,900 to $2,799,900, depending on the home selected.

We will be offering one Residence 6C and two versions of Residence 7D, said Louise Easton, sales representative at Azurene. All three are highly desirable family homes, with generous, thoughtfully planned layouts and such options as game room, wine room and super family room, plus a wealth of additional and very attractive features.

Azurene is one of three beautiful new neighborhoods at the master-planned community ofBrightwater, which also includes the Capri and Seaglass neighborhoods.
