New Honors for Skye Palm Springs

Skye Palm Springs by Woodbridge Pacific Group (WPG) has earned 6 honors for new home design and marketing in the 2017 SoCal Awards. Judged in a field of 460 entries from throughout Southern California, Skye is a Community of the Year Finalist and also earned kudos for Best Architectural Series; Architectural Design for Residence Two; Interior Merchandising for Residences One and Two; and Community Brochure.

The SoCal Awards recognize superior achievements in all aspects of new home development, and are sponsored by Sales and Marketing Councils of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. (BIA/SC). The SoCal Award winners will be announced September 30 in Anaheim, at a gala celebration hosted for hundreds of home building professionals.

WPG Principal Todd Cunningham thanked SoCal judges and the Skye team. We are proud to work with the highly dedicated and talented professionals who help bring each of our new home neighborhoods to reality, said Cunningham. We value our long collaboration with this team, and its many contributions to our success.

Team credits for Skye include: Hannouche Architects, architecture; Chameleon Design, sales office design and model home interiors; Roxburgh, advertising and marketing; Professional Design Associates, model home landscaping; and Outdoor Dimensions, signage. The SoCal honors are the most recent for Skye Palm Springs, which was featured in Professional Builders August issue. In June, Skye was named Residential Detached Project Of The Year in the 2017 Gold Nugget Awards, with 3 additional Gold Nugget honors for each of its three modeled floorplans.
