Skye Palm Springs Sweeps Homebuilding Awards In Historic Win

Skye Palm Springs by Woodbridge Pacific Group won major new awards at the International Builders Show (IBS), taking seven honors in prestigious competitions for architectural design and neighborhood concepts; model home interior design and new home marketing. Skyes most recent awards were announced January 9 and 10 at The Nationals and the Best In American Living Awards (BALA) celebrations at IBS, Held this year in Orlando, Florida, IBS is the annual conference and exposition of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Judges for The Nationals named Skye the Detached Home Community of the Year. This mid century enclave also took Gold Awards for Plan Twos architectural design and for its model interior merchandising. Silver honors went to Plan Four for architectural design and to Plan One for model home interior merchandising.

In the BALA competition, Skyes Plan One took a Platinum honor for Detached New Home Design. Plan Two earned a Gold BALA honor for Detached New Home Design.
