Woodbridge Pacific Group Adds Jewel To Signature PGA WEST® In La Quinta

Jewel joins WPG’s Citrine and Topaz as the final neighborhoods within gated Signature PGA WEST®. All are close to the PGA WEST® clubhouse and recreational core, and include the last new single-family designs of this area. 

WPG plans a December 4 sales opening for Jewel’s first phase, ahead of model home opening next year. “Jewel represents an exceptional opportunity to secure a desirable new home in a coveted desert location,” said WPG President Todd Cunningham.

Jewel’s pricing is anticipated to start in the low $400,000s. The new neighborhood will include paired and single family homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 baths and 1,222 to 1,960 square feet of living space. Jewel includes 1 single-story and 3 two-story designs. 

Priced from the high $500,000s, Topaz includes 4 single-story designs of 1773 to 2009 square feet of living space. They provide 3 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths, plus a 2-car garage and golf cart garage. 

Priced from the mid $600,000s, Citrine homes include 3 two-story and 1 single-story design. Floorplan sizes range from 2131 to 2277 square feet, and provide 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each home has a 2-car garage plus golf cart garage. 

Citrine, Jewel and Topaz buyers can apply for membership at The Club at PGA WEST® and customize their memberships. The Club features championship golf courses, tennis courts, racquetball, yoga, fitness and health facilities and dining and social venues.
