Woodbridge Pacific Group To Debut New Home Neighborhoods At University Park in Palm Desert

Anticipating high demand, WPG will open an interim sales center August 7, ahead of model home openings planned for 2022. The address is 36-901 Cook Street, Suite 2, in Palm Desert, 92211.

University Park is near the 10 Freeway just off the Cook Street exit. The primary intersection for WPG’s new neighborhoods is Gerald Ford Drive and Portola Road.  The Desert Sands Unified School District serves University Park, and established parks include one dog park and one with covered play area, basketball court and lawn.
