Todd Cunningham Founding Partner
In 1976, Cunningham joined the staff of M.J. Brock, a leading California homebuilder. Initially responsible for project management and construction oversight, he was promoted to Division President of Brock's Orange County Division in 1983.
In 1987, Cunningham co-founded Brighton Homes, successfully building the company into one of the top ten Southern California homebuilders, with annual new home deliveries of 300 to 400 homes and annual revenues reaching $175 million.
In 1994, he co-founded WoodBridge Development. The company completed twenty-four new home neighborhoods in Southern California. In 2001, WoodBridge Development initiated an ongoing partnership with IHP Capital Partners (during Carl Nuess's tenure as a Principal at IHP Capital Partners) to build a highly-profitable, multi-project joint venture portfolio of residential development projects comprising over $300 million in new home sales!
