Donald and Jessica Durant wanted a new home, a home in a gated setting and with plenty of space and style. They also sought a pool-sized lot and location that would put Donald closer to his business in the City of Industry. The gated neighborhood satisfied a top priority, the large lots were very inviting, and the home itself fills the bill for us and our boys, who attend Chafee College and Cal State Fullertonone son turns left from Hillcrest every day on his way to classes, and the other turns right!

Donald noted Resident Fives super family room, formal dining room, media room, en suite design for all 5 bedrooms and the 4-car garage. All this plus the big homesite we had always wanted, he said. We put in a pool immediately!

This is the first new home we have ever bought, and we have been very pleased with WPGs service through the sale and move-in stages, added Donald. Now our sons ask us what took us so long!
