Home Of The Year Honor For Flair At Miralon Adds To Woodbridge Pacific Group’s Award-Winning Track Record in California Desert

Already a winner with luxury homebuyers, Flair at Miralon in Palm Springs is also winning big with homebuilding professionals, whose honors for this desert enclave now include Plan Four as “Home of the Year” in the 2021 SoCal MAME Awards. The prestigious competition is presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California, and winners were celebrated October 9 in Anaheim.

“This home is a stunner, and our judges were unanimous in voting it Home of the Year,” said Lisa Parrish, SoCalMAME judging chair and competition administrator. “It not only looks impressive from the moment you drive up, it lives up to all expectations when you walk in the door. The judges loved how livable this high impact design is—this floorplan functions well for any desert lifestyle as a main residence or luxe getaway.” 

Woodbridge Pacific Group’s latest Palm Springs new home neighborhood, Flair also took SoCalMAME Awards for Plan Three’s model interior design.  Flair took Finalist honors as Best Architectural Series, for Plan Four’s architecture and for Plan One’s model home interior. 

Flair is situated in Miralon, a unique new “agri-hood” by Freehold Communities that won five Finalist nods, including Master Planned Community of the Year. Earlier this year, both Flair and Miralon earned top honors in the 2021 Gold Nugget Awards. Flair was named Residential Collection of the Year, and Miralon was named Master Planned Community of the Year.

Flair was designed by Hannouche Architects, with model interiors by Chameleon Design.  Site planning was by Robert Hidey Architects; the civil engineer was MSA Consulting, Inc. and model home landscaping was by Professional Design Associates.
