July 1 Opening For The Center Club at Belcourt In Seven Oaks

Belcourt builder/developer Woodbridge Pacific Group (WPG) invites the public to visit The Center Club at Belcourt in Seven Oaks on Saturday, July 1, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors can tour the new clubhouse and grounds, and enjoy light refreshments.

To reach the Center Club, take Belcourts main entrance at 12100 White Lane in Bakersfield (the intersection of White Lane and Windermere Street), and follow signs to the Club.

We are proud to see Belcourts community centerpiece coming to vibrant life for homeowners and their guests, aid Jeff Eittreim, WPG Division Manager for Central California. Our open house is a great way to experience the Belcourt lifestyle, and we look forward to welcoming our visitors!

The Center Club features a resort style pool and spa, splash pad, fitness center, multi-purpose and community rooms, billiards room and a catering kitchen. The Club is an inviting leisure venue for all ages, according to Eittreim. Belcourt residents can choose from a host of indoor and outdoor activities, or come just to relax with friends and neighbors, said Eittreim.

WPG also invites July 1 open house guests to tour the new home designs of Mahogany, Patina, Veranda and Westcott.
